Bjällansås Meat is a fully integrated, KRAV-certified beef farm in Bokenäs. Our focus is on pasture-based farming, healthy animals, and raising high-quality beef. The total area managed by the farm is 500 hectares, of which 270 hectares are permanent grassland and 230 hectares are cultivated. The cultivation is grass for winter feed, where one-fifth of the grassland is renewed every spring. In summer, all animals graze, and in winter they are housed in airy loose housing barns.

We are now looking for a tractor driver to operate, maintain, and improve our machinery.

Responsibilities

• Tractor driving for spring work, harvesting, and animal care in the barn. E.g., manure spreading, plowing, harrowing, mowing, baling, feeding, and fertilizing.
• Maintenance and repairs of machinery
• Assist in daily operations and animal care

Qualifications

• Experience in operating various tractor units
• Mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Problem solver who works well in a team
• Willingness and ability to work flexibly seasonally, which means longer working days in summer during harvest, as well as some weekend work during the barn period.

The position will start in February.
